DAY 1 (27 Sept 07, THUR) : SINGAPORE → ROME
Welcome to a unique experience! Your vacation starts with a pleasant flight to Rome, capital of Italy. (meals on board)

DAY 2 (28 Sept 07, FRI) : ROME
Welcome to Rome. Upon arrival, proceed to Vatican State to visit St Peterˇs Basilica, the most famous church in the Christian world. Next, visit Piazza Venezia and Venezia Palace - one of the first Renaissance buildings. We make a photo stop by the Victor Emmanuel II Monument known by the Romans as ¨The Wedding Cake of Rome〃. We learnt about the Forum, the religious, political and commercial center of ancient Rome. Not to be missed is the Colosseum, the ancient stadium which tells of unmatched bravery and courage. (Outside view only). We continue on to the Arch of Constantineˇs victory. Afternoon, we proceed to Circus Maximus and stop by the Trevi Fountain and then itˇs shopping time at Piazza Navona. (meals on board, dinner)

DAY 3 (29 Sept 07, SAT) : ROME - PISA - FLORENCE - TUSCAN HILLS (MONTECATINI)
After breakfast, we head for Pisa and embark on an orientation tour of which will take us to the Leaning Tower, the symbol of Pisa and also one of the wonders of the world. At the Square of Miracles, we visit the Cathedral, one of the prime examples of Pisan Romanesque. Enjoy a city tour of Florence, highlighting Piazza Michelangelo, the statue of David and view the Vecchio Bridge featuring the oldest bridge as well as a panoramic view of Florence town. Next, proceed to Piazza Santa Croce, one of the oldest squares in Florence and drop by Piazza Signoria, an open-air museum displaying sculpture. Spend the night in the Tuscan Hills region. (breakfast, dinner)

DAY 4 (30 Sept 07, SUN) : TUSCAN HILLS - GREVE - SIENA - SAN - GIMIGNANO - FLORENCE
Today experience stunning scenery and historical adventure. First we reach the Chianti Hills and stop at the wine-town of Greve with time to visit some of the countryˇs finest wine cellars. Then on to medieval Siena, famous for its exciting Palio horse-race which takes place twice a year on the fan-shaped Piazza del Campo. Next we see its imposing marble Cathedral before continuing to hilltop San Gimignano, aptly describes as a ˉMedieval Manhattanˇ due to its numerous ancient tall towers and narrow quaint streets. Finally, we return to Florence for dinner and the night. (breakfast)

DAY 5 (01 Oct 07, MON) : FLORENCE - VENICE
This morning, proceed to Venice. Transfer by private waterbus to St. Markˇs Square. View the bridge of Sighs, the bridge which connects the Doges Palace with the prisons, also a symbol of Venetian power. Visit one of the finest glass-blowing factories where richly colored Venetian glass is made to world-class standard. (breakfast, dinner)

DAY 6 (02 Oct 07, TUE) : VENICE - MILAN - LUCERNE
Depart for Milan and admire the Gothic Cathedral and stop by Galleria Vittorio Emanuela II which links Piazza del Duomo with Piazza della Scala. You will be given some time to explore Milan. Late afternoon, we drive through Italian Lake District and then into Switzerland. Soon, we are crossing Lake Lugano, the Gotthard range of mountains and arrive in Lucerne. (breakfast, dinner)

DAY 7 (03 Oct 07, WED) : LUCERNE - ENGELBERT - MT TITLIS - LUCERN
Today experience the worldˇs first 360 degree revolving cable car from Engelberg to Mount Titlis, this glacier paradise at 10,000 feet offers a snow and ice experience on the highest viewpoint in Central Switzerland. Return to Lucerne for a tour of the famous Lion Monument which is carved from a limestone cliff and the renovated 14th century covered wooden Chapel Bridge.
**In the event that Mount Titlis is closed, an excursion to Mount Pilatus will be conducted. (breakfast)

DAY 8 (04 Oct 07, THUR) : LUCERNE - BERNE - INTERLAKEN
After breakfast, drive westwards to the capital city - Berne, a charming and pretty town dotted with 16TH century fountains, picturesque and intriguing Clock Tower, 6 kilometers of medieval shopping arcades and famous Barengraben Bear Pits. Next move on to the charming resort of Interlaken, a Bernese Oberland resort beautifully situated between two sparkling lakes beneath the towering Jungfrau. This evening, enjoy a fun-filled time at the Bebbis Restaurant for a typical Swiss Fondue Combo dinner. (breakfast, dinner)

DAY 9 (05 Oct 07, FRI) : INTERLAKEN
Today you are free at leisure. Why not take an optional journey to Jungfraujoch, Top of Europe? (breakfast)

DAY 10 (06 Oct 07, SAT) : INTERLAKEN - ZERMATT REGION
Today we proceed to another of Switzerlandˇs most scenic region, Zermatt. The quaint village of Zermatt is car free. Its narrow traffic free lanes are lined with tempting variety of shops and cafes. The highlight is non other than the mighty Mattherhorn. (breakfast, dinner)

DAY 11 (07 Oct 07, SUN) : ZERMATT REGION - SWISS RIVIERA - GENEVA - DIJON
This morning, drive through vineyards to the charming Swiss Riviera, passing Chillon Castle. Pass Lausanne, the lively capital of Canton Vaud and continue on to Geneva. Our sightseeing of Geneva brings you to the United Nations Peace Palace, the colourful Flower Clock, the Jet dˇEau Fountain and the Reformation Monument. Afterwhich, we cross the Swiss-France boarder into Dijon, the wine producing area in Central France. (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

DAY 12 (08 Oct 07, MON): DIJON - PARIS
This morning, we travel through the Burgundy vineyards and make our way to Paris. Drives through the city to see the Arc De Triomphe, Place de La Concorde, Garnier Opera, Champs Elysees, Notre Dame and Louvre Museum. And make a stop at the famous Eiffel Tower. The tour brings you to the 2nd level for a charming panorama view of Paris. (breakfast, dinner)

DAY 13 (09 Oct 07, TUE) : PARIS FREE DAY
Today is free at leisure for you. You may want to explore its many shopping districts, visit Disneyland Paris or go up to the highest point of Paris - Montmarte to visit the Sacred Coeur Church. (meals on board)

DAY 14 (10 Oct 07) : PARIS → SINGAPORE

Post Wedding Thoughts

Finally get to settle down. Return the gowns, red wine and the video cam on Sunday. Went to the tour agency to settle the bills. Also managed to work out the spreadsheet of cost, expenses, bills. Count all the ang baos and settled the bills before we leave for Honeymoon this Thursday.

Today back to office, finally get sometimes to read my friends' blog. Most of them blog on my wedding event! Hahaha... Kinda fun to read and know what's their thoughts of the wedding. Most of the feedback was great. Some stuffs I read from them:

From Weishien:
SL was done wif her make up.... her parents put the veil for her.... me, as the maid of honour, i have the honour to help her wear her wedding shoes.... so proud leh.... heee..... locked the gate w/o much hesitation..... soon, the groom arrived.... shouting along the corridor.... then our time started..... heeee......

1st, is cutting the double happines.... nick not bad, he actually draw the wording n cut them all out.... i will say his cutting not bad.... 2nd, drinking of the magic potion.... that tua kang actually pour away my bitter potion, stupid him.... shawn asked me who is the "leader" of the session, i told him the BIGGEST in size one, which is ME !!!! wahahaha.... then halfway thru, i saw nick's cousin squatting at the bunny's cage searching for something.... immediately, i went to SL's bro to get the gate key.... i locked the gate wif PS "shielding" me.... ha.... u all clever but i not stupid ok....

then shawn tried to grab my key using his 2 palms wanna touch my nei nei.... i actually straighten my back n dare him to touch cos i know he wouldnt dare to touch.... the gals were amazed...... wahhahaha......

the last game is questionaire.... nick not too bad, he managed to ans most of the questions (maybe the questions too easy for him liao).... then of course, we wanted our BIG BIG ang baos b4 opening the gate for him..... 1 last game for nick, that was set by SL, it was a "lifetime contract"..... n there go nick to get his beautiful bride..... then we proceed to sims drive for tea ceremony for the groom's side....

then we went to SL's new room in Jurong..... oh my, that place is very ulu.... then SL changed into her tea dress..... but b4 changing, she actually took 1 hairpin off from her veil.... this is bcos if bride took the 1st hair pin out from her veil, she will not be controlled by her husband.... hahaha.... by this time, we all were dead tired liao.... all lying ard SL's new room like some kind of "cannot make it" de jellies.....

most gals appeared in black..... nice........ oh ya, surin wore a short dress wif boots that nite..... *wolf whistle*.... after 11yrs man, she finally wear a dress...... last seen her wearing a skirt is sec 4, her sch uniform..... hahahaha...

JP arrived shortly and started the solemnisation..... they exchanged their vows and JP said "u, bridegroom, pls wear the ring for the bride"... at this point of time, SL turned to me, signal me to walk over.... i was like "????", am i involved ??? then JP repeated "u r the bridegroom, not the bridesmaid".... OMG, SL made a mistake.... she must be too kan cheong..... hahhaa.... soon, the JP announced they are husband and wife.... so happy for her !!!!

I think I am those most "Gao Siao" bride liao.... :P

 i feel touched when nick n SL made their speech, SL said to nick "the road is never smooth sailing in future, but i believe we will brave them through hand in hand".... i feel so touched..... really happy for SL, she married the man she loves and this man can take care of her for life.... SL started to thank her sis grp 1 by 1..... then i ran from my table wif my "bye-bye" arms in the air.... then all sis stand in 1 row n shouted "SL, we will always love u"....... i love this part.... it seems that our fredship is still strong after 14yrs even though we met up less often....

It was a very touching moment when you gals shouted..... the feeling is good! Thanks Gals!

the dinner ended ard 11pm wif SL n nick bidded the guests home.... i was busy walking up n down again, ferrying things back to the hotel room..... hahhaa.... i wonder did i lost any weight that nite..... wahahhahaa..... stayed until 1+am, helping SL to bring things up the room, removing her tons of hairpins etc..... busy n tired day but i am happy that i actually can help SL on a lot of things which lesser her burdens cos she can count on me like wat she wrote in the "thank u" card....

Really have to say a big big thank you to WS, she took a lot of initatives to organise the sisters group. The whole event is perfect with your help! I have enjoyed myself with you gals right from the hens nite to my wedding day. Its the kind of unitity in friends that I enjoyed most. I will never foget the scene we make at the central mall toilet, trying to help Surin with her make up, puke like merlion at double O. Trying hard to tekan Nick on AD! :)

I just got to know from WS, what they actually done with the left over rose petals...
u rem u ask me to bring the flower gal de basket up to hotel , then inside still left some rose petals , me n meizhen actually deco ur bed wif the rose petals wan. we made a heart shape wif an arrow but who knows u call n say nick drunk liao, then we faster remove the petals n prepare the bed for him.

Its very sweet gesture from WS and Meizhen. But Uncle Nick get so drunk that we dun get to enjoy the sweet moment....tonight I go back will twist Uncle Nick de ear!

Yes, we are making lime-ice-cubes, pure lime, and some renditions of it with seeds. It wasnt us.. we wanted to look for the sift and remove the seeds from the lime juice. But SL could not find the sift, so what to do, she says just forget about removing the seeds lor... just as well laa, make the tekan more evil!!

The girls were in a very light mood, having fun with makeup and silly jokes all the while, and we got the reception area ready, and waited for the solemnization ceremony to begin.
The Justice of Peace arrived just after 7pm, and hardly 10 minutes later, everything was done, and sealed. There's a few "gao-xiao" moments from SL too.. she must be too nervous about the whole episode. Hahazz..

In the middle of the dinner, the groom performed a song for SL, aiyooo, so "mushy", and Steven was shaking his head... I think he cant bear it. But he kept quiet when I asked him if he will sing when it's his turn!

In short, it's the wedding of the year laa, SL and Nick's promise of a lifetime together! All so mushy lor.

Hahah... I do agree that Nick can get mushy at times.... not all the time, but sometimes only...I am glad you gals enjoyed urself on this day. Frankly speaking I always thought our friendships has weakened over the years... but on this special day, ... I could feel the same kind of feeling we used to have in secondary school. Its was great! Something that all of us do for a common goal!

Wanching, u can feel the spiritual emotional too right...Thanks for being a part of this celebration! Must really thank Surin for pulling the gals together to do a special shouting at the dinner. Weishien also did a lot on the organising part. I could sense that Kacy was really touched after the shouting. Can see a bit of tears in the corner of her eyes. Are u touched by wat I said to Nick on the Thank you speech? Hahaha... PS really did a great job with the photos! I guess U din get to eat throughout the dinner cos I see you walking up and down... Hahah.... PS is a good drinker too...she help with the drinking...dun play play with gers power!

Beside my secondary friends, Meizhen is the only gal who has been with me since primary school. I am really glad she accompany me the whole day. She is a very shy gal. Its a big challenge for her to mix with company she is unfamiliar with. But she has done it for me!!!! Tks Meizhen!

It was more then a wedding, it was like a gathering for me. Finally some poly frens meetup. This meet up was arranged a long time ago but never materialised. And it had to happen in a wedding night. LOL. Glad to see everybody still kicking well. A few drinks and we all just clicked like we are long lost frens.LOL

At the end of the wedding, there was a supposely a second rounds of drinks at a nearby pub to revive the old poly days. But one of the guys was kinda drunk. .........................................

Guys getting emotional. I wish i could be like him sometimes. But i just couldnt do it. I am too rational to do it. No matter how drunk i am i tries to control myself. Refusing to succumb to liquor and embarrass myself infront of everyone. Just my nature perhaps. Self Control is always important to me. Showing the strong side of guys... LOL.. all guys are like that i guess. Tats how the society made us up.

I was at the wedding. Every gal looked so simple, i was thinking why am i thinking of such a complex gal? Am i looking for trouble? Perhaps.

I m glad you guys enjoyed! But this occasion seems to dig up some soft side of my guy freds! Haha.... Kheng Hock starts to "review" on himself on his "uncertain" relationship with a ger... because of what he sees in RC....Hahaha... Guys get to show their emotional sometimes. Kheng Hock, u mean every gals at the dinner look simple?!?!...eh alot of them dressed up for the event ok! Hahaha... Maybe a gal is only pretty in the eyes of her beholder.

From RC:
Attended SL's solemnisation and wedding dinner yesterday. Apart from some mis-Qs, the entire event was great. SL really put in a lot of effort into her wedding. From getting professional music production services, a real cake for cutting to getting the emcee and her husband to sing. This has to be the best wedding dinner I attended so far. I knew SL since poly days and at one time, we were quite close. She always has been, and still is, a very capable and independent lady.

It was a very happy occasion... But I got drunk again. Everything seemed to be going well and we having the last dish of the night. The next time I know was waking up on my bed. Immediately I knew that I got knocked out. Although we did not drink much, I could not remember anything after the last dish. Des filled in the details over the phone. How I puke over the restaurant toilet, all over my jeans and shoes; how I was dragged out of the toilet and back home; how unconscious I was.

Thanks RC. I read your greeting on the angbao cover too... Finally someone is able to control me huh! Hahaha... RC says he is so worried that given my strong character, no man can contol me! I once ask Nick the same question if I appear too strong to him that he cant control me. He replied me that "We should live base on mutual respect for each other and not who control who."  I feel that his words are quite true! Well... I may not seems to be as strong as what my outter look protray. Nick always say I "gong gong stu stu de" Hahaha....

Btw RC u look really drunk! Haha... but no worries, its a happy occasion, we should all drink to our fills right! Luckily u get drunk before asking me to drink more! :P

The Memorable Night, 7.00pm onwards...
The Justice of Peace arrived just after 7pm, within ard 15 minutes , everything was done, and sealed. This is going to be the most memorable and comical solemasation of the year... First, just as the JP started to say some sacred sentences.. Daniel and myself heard a loud and long ... "Poot..." we turned and look at each other... soon later.... a few more times.. while the JP was making the sentences... The "sound" just gel well with his sentence... everytime, he finished one sentence..the "Poot" faded in. It was quite loud and clear.. maybe Kelvin videocam can manage to captured that.. haha.. but I must swear.. it's really not me!! Our guess is the JP!! haha..

After the second march-in.. Nick performed a song for SL, aiyooo, so "mushy", Nick did not sing as loudly as he used to do at KTV.. guess he was nervous too.. haha.. Daniel say Nick was shievering in the hidden room while waitin for his turn to sing.. haha...but i must admit his courgae and dedication for SL... Great Job man!...

After most of the guests have left, sl decide to hold her  throwing of hand bouquet time! All the girls pushed at each other, not wanting to catch the bouquet, then insist it should be catch by me.. but why me..? since I'm the next on the confirmed list to get married.. hahha.. shld give the chance to SW, WC or surin mah...

Ya lor, I told them U and WS cannot be in the group to catch the flower lar, but they pai sei huh....hahahah.....

The main highlight of the banquet is the 2nd march in. It comprise of "爱你无限" and "老鼠爱大米". Jerlynn has always wanted to have "爱你无限" in the wedding song list. This song has a special meaning. The origin of this song comes from the background of the love one has for their only one.
The orginal singer, also the emcee, Vera does a live version of this song!!! Jerlynn made a dedication of this song to Nick. Vera and Jerlynn hold hands and march in as Vera sang the song! As Vera finish her song, she requested that Nick should do something in return!

 

Richie has the original version which the original singer of "老鼠爱大米" is actually a guy singer call 杨臣刚 from China. Nick appear from another entrance with his song "老鼠爱大米"!!! This send the crowd cheering in the background.

NJWedding Evening

We only get to rest about an hour plus before we start preparing for the wedding banquet.

Our guests arrived quite early. About 30% arrived around 7pm. We had our solemization in a separate function room. So we invited the guests to join us for the ceremony. I have to say the solemization ceremony will forever stay in a deep memories in both Nick and my heart. Because we were funny!!!!! For the start, JP Chan was very "zhuang yan" and he say although the crowd is a lot...but during such as sacred event, we should only have each other in our eyes. He made the introduction in Chinese and the following in English. He ask Nick to reply loudly to his qn. But I think Nick nervous. He reply the first 2 times quite soft and was made to shout his answer by JP...Hahaha....

Next is me...I am funny .... when the JP say "now the bridegroom take the ring" I turn to my maid of honour, WS and ask for her.... Cos I panick...I thought JP was asking for the tradional, bestman and bridemaid to pass the ring to us!.... Nick saw me calling for WS, he also blur...until JP look at him and say "U are the bridegroom" and turn to me say "not the bridesmaid"! Ops...I was so paisei...this send the whole room laughing their heads off!

As Nick put on the ring for me, I felt that the ring was a bit loose! ....Actually why I was so blur in the 1st part of the ceremony, because I was looking at the rings. I am worried that we might take the wrong ring. Just as my fear....Nick actually took his rings and put on me...Hahaha... So I thought since ours is different by 1 size, it should be ok. It was until I put the other ring for him, I cant push in, it was stuck at the knuckle! No choice! I turn to the JP and say "sorry wrong ring!" Hahaha... then I took out mine and put on him, then he took the other one and put on me...Hahahah... We were funny rite! But the overall event, apart from the funny part. Both of us are very touched!!! The JP say according to the Woman Law in Singapore, woman are being proected and he hand over the marriage cert to me and say "u must keep this in ur hand" Hahaha... This send the crowd laughing away.

We managed to take some picture before the banquet start. We planned a surprise element. The emcee announced the guests to stand and welcome us. Then my cousin walk in with a CD, its a pre-recorded video of us saying that we wont be joining the banquet as we are flying off to honeymoon after the reception. This does leave some elderly wondering...but its din manage to fool most of the youngsters and they can tell its a gimick! As the song hype ... we march in with our pretty flower girls, a pair of pretty twins, Joey and Cheryl, Nick's nieces.

As Vera finish her song, she requested that Nick should do something in return! Nick appear from another entrance with his song "老鼠爱大米"!!! This send the crowd cheering in the background.

Nick joined me on stage as he finished his song. We had the poping of champage and pouring ceremony followed by the traditional Yum Seng! Really have to thanks his Yum Seng party, made up of his army troop! Hahah.... They were really loud and strong!!! It definetly show the power of army men (not boys liao) hahaha...

The most touching part of the banquet would be the Thank you speech. Nick started by Thanking my parents for raising me and let me marry him! He promised to them that he will take good care of me....Hahah... This send the crowd cheering... And next to his brother group for the effort...someone in the background say "Wat about the old ones!" (cos the bro group all young men!) hahaha... and finally he said some words to me "Thank for putting your trust in me...and marry me.... I love U" This send the whole room cheering!!!

I made my speech, thanking the guests for coming. I thanks my parents, relatives and Nick's parents and relatives for giving us the support. Next I thank my sister groups, they were standing in 1 row at the end of the room. As I thank them, they shouted "Soo Lin, we all love u!" I replied back "I love u all too!" I said something special to Nick "未来的路也许会有风有雨，我相信我们一定会携手开心的度过每一天。" Lastly I thank Richie and Icicle Music Production team, emcee, Vera and Kelvin. The whole of Icicle Music Production team was great and both Nick and myself were really touched. We thank them for the effort and make this night a very memorable one!

Last but not least, we went around for table tossing. We thank the guests for coming. Nick was made to drink quite a lot. But his brother group, tua Kang and ah Phang were really great! They helped Nick with most of the drinking. They snatched the drink and bottom like gold fish! Hahaha... And not forgetting Shawn, who is like a blood brother to him. Shawn was feeling so touched and happy for Nick. Both of them requested for some private moments to talk....(at this point of them, both already 1/2 gone) hahahha.... Actually in the begining part, those drink in our glass that look like hard liqor were actually tea!!!! Nice trick by the resturant manager, Thomas! Hahaha... We managed to fool some of the guests but not all...hahhaha... Happy ocassion always celebrated with drinks.... ahhaha... I was made to drink some red wine too... I m happy to obligate. Joey and Surin help me to drink some too!

The night ended with sending our guest back, big family photos and sending our parents back.... some of the close friends and relatives stay behind for more drinks! I was the sober one...I faster settled the stuff while there r still helpers around. I went to settle the bill, ask the Daniel and a few guys to help carry the balance red wine to the car boot. Ask Weishien and a few girls to carry those items back to the room. Hahah.... after which... Nick was being helped back to the room by his cousin-in-law. Hahah... he already gone case liao!!!... I thanks the helpers and everyone of my sister group for the help they have rendered. We got a friend who get so drunk that the guys have to really "tai" him into Daniel car...Hahhaa...

After that I went back to the room and saw a drunkard Nick...Hahah... He cousin in law was worried that I m not able to take care of him. I assurred him that the situation is much better than what I had imagined. Hahha... Its very kind of them to stay back and insist that I should take my shower while they looked after him. After that I send them back, I stayed up to pack the stuffs and sleep at 2am with a smelly hubby (cos he din bath) hahhaa... Who says wedding nite is romantic?!?!? Hahahaha......

The next day, we woke up quite early as Nick was keen to find out wat happen...Hahha... at least I get to eat breakfast!!!! Yeah!!!! We both enjoyed ourselves on our big day! Must say a BIG BIG thank you to our sisters and brother group for helping us with the occasion! And also to Kelvin Ho, the man behind the screen. He is my videographer who has been sweating since morning till night! Hahah... running around to capture the best footage. Thanks Bro!

One more thing I must blog it down! My buddy, Surin! 1st time in after 11 yrs, we finally see her in a dress and fully "transformed" into a lady! Hahah... dun be mistaken, she is a 100% woman, just that previously she dun like to wear skirt. She took special effort to comb half the China for this dress! Surin, U look great in this! Thanks Gal! For making the special appearance in this dun know leopard or giffra print...Hahaha....

NJ Wedding Morning

My aunties and uncle came over my place on the eve of the wedding day. My grandpa came as well...hahha.... As it gets around midnight, they slowly get to rest. My 2 sisters, wanching and surin came over my place. They squeeze the lime and make them into cube. Weishien came over for a while to store the bitter tea. We got hungry and decided to order macdonalds... hahhaha.... I managed to sleep at 2am on the eve of AD.

The day started with the "shu tou" and changing into gown, makeup... everything happen in a blink of the eyes! Hahaha... Nick side also gets ready and leave for home around 7am.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preparing for tekan session: Lime Ice cube!!!

Its a long list of tekan. They have to cut the "shuang xi", eat the "suan, tian ku lar" but tua kang snatch the bitter tea say he will drink but he pour the bitter tea away and wet his own back (as he pour backwards) Oh bi good!. My sister group got so angry!...hahah....

Next, they have to eat the lime cube, chilli garlic bread.... hahah the chilli was prepared by Kacy and they saw the minced garlic in my fridge so they improvised on the spot.... hahahah...last was the sweet stuff...each brother has to suck finish 2 lollipop.....hahah..

Meanwhile, they search the rabbit cage for the key! Weishien ran into the room and question how come they know... we were puzzled too... end of the day we found out that my brother is the spy...Nick call him on hp and he told him where they key was hidden! But Weishien is not stupid too! The minute she saw them searching for the key, she faster take the metal gate key from my bro to lock the gate... ahahha... So it was my bro who act bad and good guy!..

Finally, Nick has to answer some questions on our courtship... He finally managed to get into with the last and big ang bao!!!...hahah......Last but not least, before he can get into my bedroom, he has to write down 5 things that he will do for me (this is my idea!!!) We gave him a help list with keywords like, do hse work, cooking, and most impt hand over his salary to me!!! But he not stupid. He write "give monthly allowance"... my sister group ask how much... then he act siao, act blur! He finally get through all the tekans and come into the room! Hahaha....

 

 

We left my place and arrived at Sim drive where we have to pray to Nick's ancestors.

Who says a bride cannot eat??? Hahah.... The minute we stepped into the hse, seeing the food for the breakfast high tea, cant help it, faster call Surin to take food for me! Hahahaha.... My sisters keep complaining I am not gentle enough...hahha... must act more demure lar.....

After the traditional tea ceremony, we went to Supreme court for phototaking before heading back to our lovenest.

 

 

 

This is the funny part of the morning ceremony. When we were at the doorstep, Nick was inside the hse and I stand at the gate refused to go in... why? Because he din carry me! Hahaha... I say, "U never carry me, I dun want to go in!" hahaha

While Nick went to prepare for praying. My sisters group and me were in the room. I quick hand quick leg remove 1 pin from my hair. As the old saying goes, the bride remove the 1st pin then u wont be control by ur hubby! Hahah... Then my dear fred kacy was so facinated by the saying she start asking if the 2 bears on my bed has some meaning too.... all of us fainted! Hahaha... Then we get Nick to come in to remove the veil...hahha... he din know abt the old saying... Later part of the day, in the car I did tell him wat I did..but he was too sleepy to hear me (cos he din sleep the previous nite, play majong loh...so he sleep throughout the car journey)...hahha

My sisters help me change and make some twist to my hairstyle. Thanks to Joey, she has done a nice job of pinning the orchid into my hair! Hee hee!

We returned home and my relatives were eating lunch! Cant resist the power of food. All my sisters were hungry too... we decided to eat lunch 1st. My sisters help me take a lot of food and we all savour in my bedroom!!! Hahaha.....My dad cooked the braise pork leg that Nick has brought over in the morning. Everyone is facinated by this dish! Yummy! We had the tea ceremony. After which we eat the "mian sien" and eggs prepared by my mum.
