8.30 - 10.00am    Reach Sim Drive and Tea Ceremony            Note: Meizhen to hold gift and

ITINERARY FOR EVENING
11.30am - 2.30pm   Production Team to set up sound system
                         
5.00pm             MUA, 5.00pm - 6.30pm: Make up
                        Refreshment and light dinner will be served for helpers in Bridal suite
                        PS to check if all helpers arrive, Photographer & Videographer

5.30 - 6.30pm
   Production Team & Emcee Rehearsal, Test run for montage
                        WS, PS to bring down items list to YLG
                        WS, Receptionist & Ursher to arrive and setup reception table
                        Florist to to decorate the VIP table and Solemisation table
                        Nick to do final verification with Thomas on wine and hard liqors

  
6.30pm             Nick & Jerlynn to arrive @ YLG / Phototaking
  
Solemisation   7.00pm

7.30pm             Set up screen playback of photos
                        WS to move flower deco from solemisation table to reception table
                        Meizhen to check for arrival of wedding cake

                        Arrival of guests for Cocktail
  
7.50pm             To usher guest into restaurant

8.00pm             Dinner starts

8.15pm             Emcee to welcome the guest and short speech. 
                        Start music and signal 1st march-in
                        Cut cake
            
                        Start of dinner (First dish served)
  
                        End of 2nd dish. WS usher Jerlynn  to change clothes (EG)
                        Stop food service @ after 3rd dish
  
After 3rd dish   Emcee to speech
                        Play Montage
                        Emcee welcome 2nd march in and do champagne pouring
                        Continue Food Service
  
                        Emcee to call for people on stage for YUM SENG 
                        Gathers relatives and yam seng party on stage
                       
                        Nick & Jerlynn speech
  
4th dish            Food Service to continue
                        Round Table photo and handshake
                        Starting from Nick's family, Jerlynn family, friends and colleague
  
7th dish            End of 7th dish, WS usher Jerlynn to change into EG2
  
End                  Emcee to finish with "ending speech"
                        Parents to receiving line
                        Meet families and wedding helpers for group photo and thank yous!!

Summary

Reception Chief & Gift Keeper  WS

Ensure reception table is set up with
  floral arrangements, decorations, guest books and photos in place
- Bring table sitting arrangement list, Floor plan  
 
- Coordinate receptionists
- Stay by reception and coordinate Seating plan outside after dinner starts (for late comer)
- Safe keep angbao box & gifts until transfer to Chantel
 
Receptionists   Chantel (Nick's Relatives) & Meizhen (Jerlynn's Relative) & Wanching (Friends and Colleagues)
- Help guests to check table number and point to table on floor plan. 
- Remind guests to write their names on gifts/ang bao
- Direct ushers to help guests to their seats (if necessary)
 
Ushers    
-
Coordinate with Receptionists to ushers guest to tables
- Position at banquet entrances and direct guests to their tables.

PC Control / Digital Video
    
- PS to control PC, Surin to take digital cam for low res video

Baby Care    
- Sw and Wc to help take care of Kelvin's baby ger

Dear all, I dun mind sharing this schedule, please feel free to copy and edit. But I hope that as a form of respect, please remove our names, my friends and helpers names.

My helper got a shock when she see this schedule in SGbrides and Multiply with her name all over the place! Hahaha... wait she mistaken she got duty for so many ppl! :P
