Dinner at Garibaldi

It's an award winning Italian Resturant. We sure know how to enjoy! Hahaha... Had dinner with my colleagues at Garibaldi last evening. We have the tasting menu which comprise of 5 main dishes... each come in a small and exquisite serving. Their in-house bread is damm tasty... esp with the olive and balsamic sauce! I went to their website then I realize their olive oil is specially created imported from different regions of Italy.

Grilled US Scallops with Porcini Mushroom and Truffled Taleggio Cheese Fondue

Black Squid Ink Tagliolini with Seafood & Fresh Tomato Sauce

Grilled Big Head Prawns with Garlic Lemon & Extra Virgin Olive Oil

It was a very special experience, the atmosphere of the resturant is very good, the dishes are tasty, the most special one is the ink squid spag... I think they mix the ink into the flour and made their own spag...
This meal is too extragavant... heng is ah gong pay for it... hahahah :P
