Rehersal for NJ Wedding Dinner by Icicle Music Production

1 more week to AD! We had our rehersal with Richie and my english emcee, Kelvin on last Sunday, 16 Sept 2007. We run through the song list. The most important part would be the cue in. Richie guide us when to step into the hall and at which point should be the guide. We have to follow the song so that it we wont end up on the stage too fast or too slow.

It was a fun experience! We get to walk up and down a few times. And I must rem to walk very very very slowly...Hahaha.. cos we are walking too fast. The banquet manager was there thoughout the rehersal busy taking down notes. And he even help us with suggestion on adding on to the "surprise" element! He say it has since being quite long that he is seeing such effort on wedding banquet! Hahahah

We test try the montage and we are really impressed with their projector! Its very sharp and the colour is great! Great effort by the resturant to ensure that all things are on standard. And I must really say the resturant is improving too! They have change the dummy wedding cake to a new one, cos the old one is really old! Hahaha... But we will be having our real wedding cake. They have change the table number stand too! No longer the "tiger beer adv" one.

Looking forward to the banquet. Its a tremendous effort by Richie and his team! Richie was telling me he is still trying to improve one part of the song for the champage pouring to make it a more impactful one! Ytd when we run through the song for the march in, cake cutting, champage pouring, speech, etc. I can really feel the great effort behind all these! The songs are really well arranged and really well thought of! It really bring out the mood! Eventhough its not a full dressed one, hearing the songs and the sequence, I am really touch! Tears almost beam...I m kua zhang! Maybe I more sentimental. :) I am really glad that I got Richie and his team to mark the special nite of our life!
