3rd week of school

This is the 3rd of school for Charlotte. I accompanied her to the school outing on Wednesday and she had lots of fun... at the water play area... ahhahah... The school gave out a list of things they will do for the outing like seeing plant and discover trees... But I doubt kids at this age really understand... I guess they just go with the flow of walking here and there... hahahha She has some fun picking up the leaves and seed... and walking on the shaky bridge... by noon time she was totally knocked out. I brought her back home and she slept for 3 hours straight! That is one of the benefit of staying at home... U can sleep as and when you want, as long as you want! Hahhaha... In school, everything follow the timetable.

She is still quite clinging at the start of the week... Surprisingly after the outing on Wednesday... I saw improvement from her at the "parting time" in the morning... On Thursday she is willing to sit on her own during the morning routine check (check hand, leg, mouth and temp)... previously she would cling onto me and refuse to let go... Today she is willing to walk on her own to wash her feet and hands... Good....
Just as I am still happy with her behavior... She is now back at home... Yesterday the school called and said she vomited during her sleep, which I thought might be too full or coughing... Last night she vomited as well... din think too much about it... This morning gave her some pre-biotic....

The school called again this morning to inform that she LS twice in school! Her Daddy brought her back and see the doc... The doc say she is having stomach flu which could be spread through food or children playing together...

I watsapp a fellow mummy whose daughter in the same class as Charlotte, her gal also vomited and LS yesterday.... we got to know from the school that another boy in their class also vomited and LS... So there are 3 cases from her class... Charlotte got it worse... and I think its because her body haven tune to the virus... the other 2 are old birds and will be more immune to it. Part and parcel of school life.... And costly to daddy and mummy pocket.... $140+ of medical bill to this stomach flu episode. *ouch + the LS and vomiting.... Doc say the vomiting might last a few days... hope that it wont be so bad.
